The stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. It has the characteristics of no cracking, no aging, no deformation, strong acid and alkali resistance, and resistance to strong oxidants. It is the preferred corrosion-resistant pump for transporting highly corrosive solutions.
Stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps are designed and manufactured according to standards and combined with non-metallic pump processes. The pump body adopts a metal shell lined with perfluoroethylene propylene (F46), and the pump cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are all made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic and sintered as a whole. The shaft seal adopts an externally mounted corrugated pipe mechanical seal, and the static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), while the dynamic ring is filled with PTFE filling material, which has anti-corrosion and wear-resistant sealing properties. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel bodies to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. Actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, high mechanical strength, smooth operation, reasonable structure, strict and reliable sealing performance, easy disassembly and maintenance, and long service life. Applicable temperature: -40 ℃~100 ℃. When the operating temperature exceeds 120 ℃, the pump impeller should be made of high temperature resistant materials. Suitable for continuous transportation of high-risk liquid chemical media such as strong acids, strong bases, organic solvents, and strong oxidants of any concentration. When transporting liquid corrosive media with a solid particle content of about 5%, corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant mechanical seals are required.
Stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps are widely used in industries such as chemical, acid, alkali, smelting, rare earth, dye, pharmaceutical, papermaking, electroplating, acid washing, radio, and chemical foil. According to the standard design, the pump body adopts a metal shell lined with fluoroplastic, and the impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic alloy compression molding. The shaft seal adopts an external corrugated pipe mechanical seal, and the static ring uses 99.9% alumina ceramic. The dynamic ring uses PTFE filling material (or other materials specially matched according to special working conditions).
