-Application of titration analysis:
Focusing on the three core areas of polyurethane, epoxy resin, and acrylic resin, the AT/CT/MT potentiometric titration series instruments can accurately detect key indicators such as NCO, hydroxyl value, acid value, amine value, inorganic chlorine, easily saponifiable chlorine, and hydrolyzed chlorine, laying a solid first line of defense for product quality. Whether it is the determination of NCO in polyurethane prepolymers, the determination of NCO content in MDI, or the determination of epoxy value in epoxy resin E51 and acid value in acrylic resin, all can be efficiently and accurately completed.
-Moisture detection plan:
withInternational recognitionBased on the Karl Fischer method, we provide volumetric methods (AKF-V6, AKF-V1), coulombic methods (AKF-C6, AKF-3N) Karl Fischer moisture meters, and cartridge heating furnace moisture measurement systems (integrated AKF-CAS6, split AKF-IS2020V, etc.). It can cover various samples from liquid polyether polyols, butyl acrylate, to paste like silicone sealants, solid polypropylene films, etc., accurately detecting trace moisture content as low as 1ppm.
-Compliant with multiple international and domestic standards, such as ISO21627, GB/T12008.3, ASTME1899, GB/T6283, etc.

1、 This experiment was tested using the CT-1Plus automatic potentiometric titrator, and the NCO content of the polyurethane prepolymer sample was approximately 6.29%.
