What are the functions of TB150-7.5 high-pressure fan in electroplating equipment
The TB150-7.5 high-pressure fan is mainly used in electroplating equipment to improve electroplating quality and efficiency through functions such as airflow stirring, exhaust gas treatment, process optimization, and environmental control. Its specific functions are as follows:

1. Uniformly mix the electroplating solution to improve the uniformity of the coating
Principle: Inject high-pressure air into the electroplating tank through a pipeline or nozzle to create an air flow and stir, preventing uneven solution concentration caused by metal ion deposition.
Effect: Especially suitable for processes such as electroless nickel plating and copper plating that require long-term stability, reducing the accumulation of impurities at the bottom of the groove and ensuring consistent coating thickness and performance. For example, in electroless plating equipment, a high-pressure fan injects airflow into the electrolyte through a blowing duct, causing the electrolyte to bubble and rupture, resulting in uniform dispersion of the electrolyte and obtaining a flat and uniform coating.
2. Eliminate harmful gases and ensure a safe working environment
Principle: During the electroplating process, acidic/alkaline mist (such as chromic acid mist) or volatile organic compounds (VOCs) will be generated, and the high-pressure fan will quickly exhaust these waste gases through the exhaust system.
Effect: Prevent exhaust gas from polluting the working environment, and can be purified with washing towers, activated carbon adsorption devices, or electrostatic precipitators to meet environmental emission standards.
3. Quickly dry the workpiece and shorten the production cycle
Principle: After electroplating, the high-pressure fan provides high-speed airflow to blow away residual liquids (such as moisture and cleaning agents) on the surface of the workpiece.
Effect: Shorten drying time, avoid residual water stains affecting the appearance of the coating, and some equipment can further improve efficiency by combining hot air drying (such as hot air knives).
4. Adjust the temperature of the tank solution to maintain process stability
Principle: By using forced ventilation to assist the cooling system, the plating solution is prevented from affecting its performance due to overheating caused by electrolytic reactions.
Effect: For example, acid galvanizing requires maintaining low temperature, and high-pressure fans can effectively control the temperature of the plating solution to ensure stable electroplating process.
5. Moisture proofing and dehumidification to protect equipment and coating quality
Principle: Maintain air circulation in the workshop and reduce humidity.
Effect: Avoid equipment corrosion or coating defects (such as bubbling and peeling) caused by high humidity, and extend the service life of the equipment.
6. Conveying materials and driving pneumatic equipment
Principle: In automated electroplating lines, high-pressure fans can transport powder or granular additives.
Effect: Simultaneously serving as a power source for pneumatic valves, fixtures, and other actuating components, achieving process automation control.
7. Special process support (such as electroless plating)
Principle: In electroless plating equipment, a high-pressure fan and an ultrasonic generator work together to inject airflow into the electrolyte through a blowing duct.
Effect: Promote uniform dispersion of electrolyte and improve coating quality; If a nitrogen tank is connected, the air generated by the output nitrogen can be used for electroless plating of easily oxidizable coatings or workpieces.
Realizing the Supporting Role of Technological Advantages
Corrosion resistant design: Made of anti-corrosion materials such as PP, PVDF, or stainless steel, suitable for acid-base corrosion in electroplating environments.
Wind pressure and air volume matching: Calculate the demand based on the size of the tank and the amount of exhaust gas to avoid excessive exhaust causing solution evaporation loss.
Explosion proof and noise control: If handling special gases (such as organic solvents), explosion-proof fans should be selected; Reduce noise through mufflers to meet occupational health and safety requirements.
