The function data of PHOENIX relay is divided into several parts
PHOENIX relay is an electronic control device that has a control system (also known as an input circuit) and a controlled system (also known as an output circuit). It is usually used in automatic control circuits. It is actually an "automatic switch" that uses small current and low voltage to control large current and high voltage. Therefore, it plays a role in automatic regulation, safety protection, and circuit conversion in the circuit.
PHOENIX relay is a switch that uses an electromagnet to control the on/off of the working circuit
(1) Structure: The main components of PHOENIX relay are electromagnet A, armature B, spring C, moving contact D, and stationary contact E
(2) The working circuit can be divided into two parts: low-voltage control circuit and high-voltage working circuit. The low-voltage control circuit includes the electromagnetic relay coil (electromagnet A), low-voltage power supply E1, and switch S; the high-voltage working circuit includes high-voltage power supply E2, motor M, and contact D and E parts of the electromagnetic relay
(3) Working principle - Close the switch S in the low-voltage control circuit, and the current passes through the coil of electromagnet A to generate a magnetic field, which in turn exerts an attractive force on the armature B, causing the moving and stationary contacts D and E to come into contact. The working circuit is closed, and the electric motor works; When the low-voltage switch S is disconnected, the current in the coil disappears, and the armature B, under the action of the spring C, causes the moving and stationary contacts D and E to disengage, the working circuit is disconnected, and the motor stops working
As long as a certain voltage is applied to both ends of the coil, a certain current will flow through the coil, thereby generating an electromagnetic effect. The armature will overcome the pulling force of the return spring and be attracted to the iron core by the electromagnetic force, thereby driving the moving contact of the armature to engage with the stationary contact (normally open contact). When the coil is powered off, the electromagnetic attraction also disappears, and the armature will return to its original position under the reaction force of the spring, releasing the moving contact and the original static contact (normally closed contact). This suction and release achieves the purpose of conduction and disconnection in the circuit. For the "normally open" and "normally closed" contacts of a relay, they can be distinguished as follows: the static contact that is in a disconnected state when the relay coil is not energized is called a "normally open contact"; The static contact in the connected state is called a "normally closed contact".
1、 The function of PHOENIX relay - what is a relay
PHOENIX relay is a widely used electrical control device that can control the change of the controlled variable (often regarded as an automatic switch) by changing the input quantity. It generally consists of two parts: the control system and the controlled system. Relays often play multiple roles in their circuits, such as automatic regulation, safety protection, and circuit conversion. It has been widely used in equipment such as automatic control, communication, telemetry, and power electronics. Below we will specifically discuss the various functions of relays~~
2、 Function 1 of PHOENIX Relay - Expand Control Range
The PHOENIX relay, as an extremely important electrical control device, is designed to expand the control range. It can control the operation of high current through small current. Taking multi contact relay as an example, once its control signal reaches a specified value, it can simultaneously switch, disconnect or connect multiple circuits according to the form of the contact group.
3、 Function 2 of PHOENIX Relay - Amplification
The two functions of relays are their amplification function, which is reflected in various relays such as sensitive relays and intermediate relays. They can use a very small controllable quantity to control high-power circuits.
4、 Function Three of PHOENIX Relay - Integrated Signal
The three functions of PHOENIX relays are to synthesize signals, which are often reflected in multi winding relays. When multiple control signals of this type of relay are input in the prescribed form, these signals are synthesized inside the relay to achieve the predetermined control effect.
5、 Function Four of PHOENIX Relay - Other
In addition to the above three functions, PHOENIX relays, together with other electrical appliances, can also form program control circuits in automatic devices to achieve automated operation. Relays also have functions such as remote control and monitoring.
In short, different relays can achieve different functions, and the same relay can also achieve different functions in different circuits. It should be considered comprehensively based on specific devices and situations.
