Core working principle of disc airflow crusher
Using compressed air or inert gas as the power source, the gas is accelerated through a nozzle group to form a supersonic airflow, which guides the material into the turbulent zone of the crushing disk. Under the drive of high-speed airflow, material particles undergo impact, collision, and friction between particles, achieving ultrafine crushing; The built-in grading wheel adjusts the speed to accurately screen powders that meet the particle size requirements, while coarse particles are returned to the crushing zone for further processing.

Crushing disc: The core working chamber of the equipment provides crushing space for materials, and its flow channel design directly affects crushing efficiency.
Nozzle group: mostly arranged in a circular shape, responsible for accelerating gas into supersonic airflow, and is the power source for material crushing.
Grading wheel: a high-speed rotating impeller structure that achieves the grading of coarse and fine powders through centrifugal force, controlling the particle size of the product.
Auxiliary system components
Feeder: Adopting a quantitative feeding design, the speed of material entering the crushing chamber is stably controlled to ensure uniform crushing effect.
