At the same time, according to the different operating temperatures and media, a series of products such as hot water pipeline pump, high-temperature pipeline pump, corrosive chemical pump, oil pump, etc. are derived from the ISG vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. The ISG pipeline pump has the advantages of energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

ISG vertical pipeline pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with installation feet to increase the stability of the pump. It has a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment.
The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation and low vibration noise.
The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively increase the service life of mechanical seals.
Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the piping system, simply remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
Pumps can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
Vertical and horizontal installation of pumps can be adopted according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
