This article takes the XJMC-06 friction coefficient meter as an example to conduct special tests on the friction coefficients of two types of plastic films provided by a packaging manufacturer. 1. Purpose of testing

5. Testing process

1) Cut two samples of the same size from two plastic films and conduct a control test.

2) Lay sample 1 flat on the test board and press it down with a slider covered with felt on the bottom.

3) Start the instrument and set various parameters. Number 1, measure both dynamic and static friction coefficients, slide mass 200g, speed 150mm/min, start the experiment.

4) After the experiment is completed, click "Experiment" again and the system will automatically print the data.

5) Remove sample 1 and place sample 2 on the test plate.

6) First 'reset', then 'reset', start the experiment.

7) At the end of the experiment, record and compare the results of the two experiments to facilitate user analysis.
