VIP vacuum insulation board is a type of vacuum insulation material that is composed of a core material and a protective layer filled in a vacuum protective layer, which can effectively prevent heat transfer caused by air convection. In this way, the thermal conductivity will be greatly reduced, reaching 0.002-0.006 w/m.k, which is 1/10 of the thermal conductivity of traditional insulation materials.
The insulation of building walls adopts vacuum insulation panels, which are only one-fifth to one tenth the thickness of traditional insulation materials. It is a vacuum insulation board made of silicon micro powder and high thermal conductivity silicon micro powder. Mainly used for wall insulation, glass fiber core vacuum insulation board has low thermal conductivity and is mainly used for energy-saving insulation in refrigerators, freezers, refrigerated trucks, etc.
