Achieve daily maintenance of high-temperature heat transfer oil pump to create greater benefits
If the customer can operate and handle the high-temperature oil pump correctly according to the following statements, I believe it will bring a lot of benefits to the customer and create greater efficiency! Some customers often neglect to maintain the high-temperature oil pump when using it, resulting in unstable operation, excessive noise, and reduced service life. Based on our summarized experience, explain to customers how to achieve daily maintenance of high-temperature pumps:
High temperature oil pumps are used in many places in daily life, and regular maintenance of the pump is necessary to extend its lifespan. When the production increases each time, the production, speed, inlet and outlet pressure, and current values at that time should be recorded, and the data before and after should be compared and analyzed carefully in order to detect abnormalities as early as possible and handle them in a timely manner.
A high-temperature oil pump with a negative pressure inlet packing shaft seal should maintain a pressure at the packing box higher than the external atmospheric pressure. When the back pressure decreases, the pressure of the packing box should be adjusted in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause the high-temperature oil pump to suck in air, resulting in the breakage of the casting strip, affecting the cutting process, and causing the cutting machine to discharge. Attention should be paid to maintaining stable population pressure of the booster pump, so that it has stable volumetric efficiency, which is beneficial for the operation of the pump itself and the stability of downstream spinning quality.
Regularly check the temperature of the heat medium jacket, and ensure that the temperature of the heat medium between the main body and the front and rear covers is consistent. Disassembly and cleaning of the pump, as well as lifting, cooling, and starting and stopping, should be strictly operated according to regulations to avoid unnecessary losses.
