The integrated high-frequency and high-voltage transformer adopts a stainless steel structure and uses new materials. Compared with traditional transformers, it can effectively reduce energy consumption, has a small size, high power, and low heat generation. The automatic fire extinguishing control system of the shaping machine includes a flame probe, a system control boxsolenoid valveAnd the alarm. It determines abnormalities and fire accidents through microcurrent signals. If any abnormal state occurs at any position, the automatic fire extinguishing system will sound an alarm, but no steam will be sprayed to remind staff to detect and prevent accidents in advance; When a fire occurs at any location, the system control box will receive and recognize the signal from the flame probe, and transmit the signal to the solenoid valve and alarm. The steam extinguishing is controlled by the solenoid valve, and the alarm is triggered by the system control box.

The fire extinguishing device is equipped with an event recording function, which can track the occurrence time and location of abnormal states and fire extinguishing states, as well as the status of fire extinguishing work. The automatic fire extinguishing control system is responsive, stable, and reliable, with fast fire extinguishing speed, and can effectively reduce fire losses to a low level.
