Product Details:

The new InPro4260 electrode uses XEROLYT EXTRA polymer as a reference system, which can measure pH even in harsh industrial environments and has a long lifespan.

The InPro4260 electrode is equipped with an open diaphragm, which solves the problem of diaphragm contamination that often occurs in places where viscous media, high particle count solutions, or sulfide containing solutions are used. If other membranes are used, the potential between the polymer reference system and the medium will quickly lose contact, and the electrodes need to be cleaned frequently or even replaced unexpectedly.

SuntexThe online pH/ORP control system has been widely used in the water treatment industry due to its stable and reliable quality and cost-effectiveness.

During the production process of circuit boards, a large amount of wastewater containing copper ions is discharged. The most commonly used process is coagulation and precipitation. In the coagulation stage, a two-stage pH adjustment method is usually used to create optimal coagulation conditions and maximize the removal of copper ions. The Suntex series online pH/ORP controller is a good guarantee for stable process operation.

During the production process of electroplating plants, there will be discharge of chromium containing wastewater, zinc containing wastewater, and acid-base wastewater, among which hexavalent chromium needs to be reduced to trivalent chromium, and corresponding acid-base neutralization and coagulation precipitation reactions need to be carried out.
