The characteristics of Dingchuang Machinery's Lushi blower:
Compared with other types of gas compression machinery, the Roots blower has the following characteristics:
Due to being a positive displacement blower, it has the characteristic of forced gas transmission. Under the condition of constant rotation speed, the flow rate is also constant (with little variation with pressure). Even in low flow areas, there will be no surge phenomenon like centrifugal blowers, and it has relatively stable working characteristics.
2. As a rotary machinery, the Dingchuang Lushi blower does not have a reciprocating mechanism, no air valve, and fewer vulnerable parts, resulting in a long service life and good power balance. It can operate at high speeds without the need for heavy foundations. Multiple suction and exhaust operations are carried out within a week, and compared to piston compressors, the airflow velocity is relatively uniform, so there is no need to set up an air storage tank.
3. There are gaps between the impellers, between the impellers and the casing and wall panels, which do not require oil lubrication like screw and slide compressors during operation. Therefore, it can ensure that the transported gas does not contain oil and does not require auxiliary equipment such as gas oil separators. Due to the presence of gaps and the absence of air valves, it is also relatively safe to transport gases containing dust or liquid droplets.
4. Without an internal compression process, theoretically, blowers with an internal compression process consume more compression power. But apart from synchronous gears and bearings, there is no other mechanical friction, so the mechanical efficiency is high. Especially for large Roots blowers, they have high volumetric efficiency and relatively high adiabatic efficiency.
In addition, the Roots blower also has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing, convenient operation, and long maintenance cycle.
