When the impeller of the vortex ring blower rotates, the wind vane drives the gas to move forward and outward due to the centrifugal force, thus forming a series of spiral motions. The air between the impeller blades accelerates and rotates in a spiral shape, squeezing the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). When it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then returns to accelerate and rotate between the impeller blades again. When air passes through the impeller and side groove along a spiral trajectory, each impeller blade increases the degree of compression and acceleration. As the rotation progresses, the kinetic energy of the gas increases, further increasing the pressure of the gas passing through the side channel.

Has the following characteristics:

1. It has dual functions of blowing and suction, and can be used for both suction and blowing;

2. Running with little or no oil, the output air is clean;

3. Compared to centrifugal fans and medium pressure fans, their pressure is much higher, often more than ten times that of centrifugal fans;

4. If the pump body is die cast as a whole and uses shockproof mounting feet, then its requirements for the installation foundation are also very low, and it can even operate normally without fixing the feet, which is very convenient and saves installation costs and installation cycles
