Classification of 35KV High Voltage Fuse Test
Date: 2020-12-26Read: 1

35KV high-voltage fuse is a commonly used short-circuit protection switch for branch lines of distribution lines and distribution transformers. It has the characteristics of economy, easy operation, and strong adaptability to outdoor environments. It is widely used in 35kV distribution lines and the primary side of distribution transformers for protection and equipment switching operations. It is installed on the branch line of the 35kV distribution line, which can reduce the range of power outages. Due to its obvious disconnection point, it has the function of an isolation switch, creating a safe working environment for the maintenance section lines and equipment, and increasing the sense of safety of maintenance personnel.

The 35KV high-voltage fuse test shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant provisions of this specification and relevant standards, and shall meet the following requirements: a formal test report detailing the test data shall be issued for the high-voltage fuse test. The operating unit has the right to dispatch technical personnel to the high-voltage fuse manufacturing plant as needed to inspect and supervise the manufacturing of the equipment, witness the type tests, routine tests, and special tests of the equipment.
Classification of 35KV High Voltage Fuse Test:
The high-voltage fuse test is divided into type test, routine test, special test, and on-site handover test.
6.1.1 Type test: Conduct a test on one of each type of high-voltage fuse.
6.1.2 Routine Test: A test that should be conducted on each high-voltage fuse.
6.1.3 Special tests: The operating unit shall propose based on the technical characteristics of the equipment.
6.1.4 On site handover test: Conduct according to relevant requirements.
6.2 Type Test
For the provided type of high-voltage fuse, standard type tests should be conducted, which should comply with the test items and steps specified in relevant national standards. The type test items should include, but are not limited to:
6.2.1 Power frequency withstand voltage test (dry, wet)
6.2.2 Impulse Voltage Withstand Test [Lightning Wave (1.2/50ms), Operating Wave (250/2500ms)]
6.2.3 Creepage distance inspection
6.2.4 Porosity test
6.2.5 Temperature cycle test (-30 ℃~+20 ℃)
6.2.6 Tensile failure test
6.2.7 High voltage current limiting fuse bending failure load test
6.2.8 Torsion failure load test
6.2.9 Galvanized layer test
6.2.10 Radio interference voltage test
6.2.11 Artificial pollution power frequency withstand voltage test
