Characteristics of hydrofluoric acid resistant fan:

1. Hydrofluoric acid resistant fans have energy-saving characteristics. The sealed bearing design can prevent the invasion of acidic and alkaline gases, avoid direct corrosion of bearings and shafts by corrosive gases, and ensure the service life of bearings during operation.

2. The material of the fan casing is fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) and is made by integral molding. It is specially treated to resist hydrofluoric acid to prevent hydrofluoric acid from corroding the fiberglass and increase the service life of the fan.

3. The shell is designed with a smooth surface to prevent debris from adhering. The assembly screws of the shell and entrance clock are pre injected to avoid leakage.

4. Good acid and alkali resistance, capable of withstanding hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, especially hydrofluoric acid, etc.

Hydrofluoric acid resistant fans are mainly used in the following fields:

chemical industry

Used for the ventilation and exhaust gas purification of workshops containing corrosive gases such as hydrofluoric acid, such as the emission system of acidic gases such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. ‌

Environmental Engineering

Suitable for environments involving corrosive gases, such as hydrogen sulfide extraction from municipal sewage treatment plants and tail gas treatment from polycrystalline silicon production in the photovoltaic industry. ‌
