Make all necessary preparations before unloading, such as tank depressurization, nitrogen preparation, cotton yarn preparation, copper wrench preparation, etc!
　　
After receiving the notification that the unloading operator is ready, the security guard will transmit the information to the front door, and the front door security guard will notify the tanker truck to enter the park and directly reach the unloading point.
　　
3. The filling work is the responsibility and unified command of professional technical personnel, and is carried out by professionally trained maintenance personnel and operators. All personnel entering the site, tank truck drivers, and martial law personnel outside the site should obey the command of professional technical personnel.
　　
4. Security personnel command the tanker truck to enter the unloading platform, stop and turn off the engine!
　　
5. Equipped with 6 35KG dry powder fire extinguishers and sufficient towels. Take emergency measures for leaks: prepare protective materials such as sand and cotton yarn.
　　
6. Professional personnel shall inspect the lead seals of each fire extinguisher to ensure that they are in good condition and the certificate of conformity is valid. The personnel participating in the filling process shall be checked to ensure that they do not bring any ignition or cigarettes. All personnel participating in the filling process must wear anti-static clothing and shoes.
　　
7. Before starting work, professional technicians shall explain the entire filling process and precautions to all personnel participating in the filling process, and divide the work accordingly. The discharge operator shall use a copper wrench to dismantle the feed seal and close the discharge pipe of the tanker trucktankThe feeding port is firmly connected to ensure no leakage.
　　
8. Connect the grounding wire of the tank farm to the grounding device of the tanker truck correctly and firmly in good condition! Lead the nitrogen hose from the site to the unloading area for backup.
　　
9. Unloading is prohibited in severe weather conditions such as lightning!
　　
2、 During unloading
　　
1. Upon receiving instructions, the tank truck valve is opened to begin unloading. Prepare a portable manual cyclopentane alarm to test and leak detect the entire filling process, and assign a dedicated person to monitor. If a leak is found, be ready to close the valve and conduct maintenance at any time.
　　
During unloading, the discharge operator must not leave the discharge valve and be prepared for emergencies at all times. If a leak occurs, immediately close the tank truck discharge valve!
　　
3. The security personnel immediately dealt with the leakage of cyclopentane raw materials. A small amount of leakage: use nitrogen gas to blow and sweep the goods, use cotton yarn to absorb the dry cake, and place it in a liquid receiving tray and let it evaporate in a ventilated area. Massive leakage: Transfer the container to a prepared empty bucket and quickly transfer it to the storage area!
　　
After 50 minutes of unloading time, the discharge operator should always pay attention to the pressure changes of the tanker truck.
　　
5. When confirming the completion of unloading in the tanker, close the valve on the tanker.
　　
6. Pay attention to whether there is an alarm when the control cabinet exceeds 90% of the material level. If there is an alarm, stop unloading immediately.
　　
3、 After canning materials
　　
When the relative pressure inside the tanker drops to zero, maintain air pressure balance and complete unloading. And record the data of the tank level indicator at the same time!
　　
2. Disassemble the connecting pipeline between the tanker and the tank area, and raise the tank area pipeline high to allow residual cyclopentane in the hose to flow into the storage tank. Use nitrogen to flush the hose and surrounding gas, and close the inlet valve and inlet of the storage tank.
　　
3. Place the discharge pipe and exhaust pipe of the storage tank back onto the bracket and close the valve at the pipe mouth.
　　
After flushing the unloading area with nitrogen for a few minutes, reset the fire extinguisher and lift the martial law passage in the work area.
　　
Operators should:
　　
1. The operation of this equipment must undergo strict and systematic training. Operators who have passed the examination (written and practical operation) and obtained the equipment operation certificate are strictly prohibited from operating the equipment without training.
　　
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment without familiarizing oneself with its performance. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment without wearing complete safety protection equipment. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment without fully familiarizing oneself with and mastering the equipment operating procedures.
　　
3. On site professional technicians and security personnel have the right to prevent and correct unsafe behaviors such as illegal operations and reckless behavior by others; Has the right to refuse command, dispatch, and arrangement that do not meet safety requirements or violate rules and regulations.
　　
4. All personnel entering the unloading area are prohibited from bringing communication tools! The operation of body static discharge must be carried out at the static discharge point!
　　
Before starting work, it is necessary to check whether the insulation pads in front of each control cabinet are complete and dry. Before starting the equipment, it is necessary to use a measuring pen to check for any electrical leakage.
　　
6. In case of emergency, the equipment should press the red emergency stop switch, turn off the main power supply, immediately notify the equipment maintenance worker for handling, and notify relevant management personnel and equipment personnel. Unauthorized handling is strictly prohibited.
　　
7. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle, damage, short-circuit or use the equipment safety protection device for any reason under any circumstances, which will render the safety protection facilities ineffective.
　　
8. It is strictly prohibited to operate equipment by consuming or drinking drugs or beverages that reduce attention or mental confusion.
　　
Interns are strictly prohibited from operating equipment alone without the supervision of a team leader or mentor!
　　
10. It is strictly prohibited to enter the interior of the equipment completely or partially during operation when the process is immature or unreasonable.
　　
11. It is strictly prohibited to start working when there is water leakage in the factory or water accumulation around the equipment.
　　
12. In case of leakage of various lubricating oils and liquid media, they must be cleaned and wiped in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to operate in a wet and slippery environment.
　　
13. It is strictly prohibited to place items in the operation cabinet and console to avoid short circuits, injury to people, and damage to equipment.
　　
14. When repairing or cleaning equipment, the operator must turn off the equipment power and hang a safety warning sign that reads "No Switching on, Someone Working". The operation must be supervised by a dedicated person and must not be carried out alone! It is strictly prohibited to use synthetic materials to wipe and clean equipment!
　　
The procurement administrator of the JIT procurement and distribution department shall issue a written notice of incoming materials and unloading one day in advance. The human resources department shall arrange for the unloading area to be guarded, and the production company shall prepare for unloading. Tank trucks must be equipped with flame arresters, and it is strictly prohibited to explode under the scorching sun! Unloading during thunderstorms is strictly prohibited! It is strictly prohibited for material tankers to stay at the company gate for more than 60 minutes!
　　
16. When entering the cyclopentane area, anti-static clothing and protective equipment should be worn. It is strictly prohibited to wear synthetic clothing, change clothes in the cyclopentane area, and wear shoes with nails.
　　
17. It is strictly prohibited to carry BP machines, mobile phones, flammable and explosive materials when entering the unloading area, and it is strictly prohibited to use iron tools to strike in the cyclopentane area.
　　
18. If a leak is found, the surrounding fire source should be immediately cleared, and the container should be organized and recycled as soon as possible. In case of fire, the container can be cooled by spraying water. If possible, the container should be moved from the fire scene to an open area. If the container in the fire scene has changed color or produced sound from the safety relief device, it must be evacuated immediately. The fire extinguishing agent can be sand, dry powder or carbon dioxide, and using water to extinguish the fire is ineffective.
　　
If cyclopentane contaminates clothes, use soap water and clean water to wash the skin.
　　
If cyclopentane splashes into the eyes, lift the eyelids, rinse with flowing water or saline, and seek medical attention.
　　
If inhaling cyclopentane, immediately leave the scene to a place with fresh air and keep the respiratory tract unobstructed. If breathing is difficult, immediately administer oxygen. If breathing stops, immediately perform artificial respiration and seek medical attention.
　　
If you ingest cyclopentane, drink plenty of warm water, induce vomiting, and seek medical attention.
　　
During holidays and specific periods, there must be dedicated personnel on duty to prevent accidents from occurring.
　　
5、 Other precautions
　　
During unloading operations, smoking, bringing in sparks, and turning off mobile phones are strictly prohibited in the unloading area. Explosion proof tools such as copper should be used.
　　
2. It is prohibited to unload or expose cyclopentane during thunderstorms.
　　
When the cyclopentane tanker truck arrives at the front door, the front door security immediately notifies the safety administrator.
