Do you know the functions of high-pressure gas diffusers?
The high-pressure gas diffuser SLG-008 is a sampling device for compressed air, which can be used in conjunction with a dust particle counter and a planktonic bacteria sampler to collect dust particles and planktonic bacteria in compressed air. The shell material is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sturdy, reliable, and stable. It is equipped with connectors and hoses, and can be directly connected to dust particle counters and floating bacteria samplers for use.
The high-pressure gas diffuser SLG-008 is designed to detect the quality of clean compressed air in clean rooms. According to the requirements, the purification level of the compressed air being tested must be the same as that of the clean room, and the number of airborne bacteria in the compressed air must also meet the requirements of the clean room. For this purpose, the input compressed air must undergo pressure reduction, oil-water separation, primary, intermediate, and high-efficiency three-stage filtration to meet the requirements of the clean room before it can be input.
So, do you know about the left side of the high-pressure gas diffuser?
1、 Supporting dust particle counter usage:
1. Connect the air circuit. Connect the high-pressure gas to the inlet of the regulating valve, and connect the counter to the inlet of the dust particle counter;
2. Adjust the intake pressure. Suzhou Jieyi SLG-008 can adapt to a pressure range of 30-150psi. Pull up the pressure regulating valve knob and rotate it counterclockwise to reduce the intake pressure;
3. Adjust the pressure inside the chamber. Open the high-pressure gas and counter air pump, adjust the pressure regulating valve to keep the reading of the flowmeter about 10% higher than the sampling flow rate; Remember not to exceed 50% of the sampling volume of the counter. At this time, feel with your hand whether the gas at the inlet of the planktonic bacteria sampler is positive or negative pressure. If the flow rate of the front-end flowmeter is greater than that of the counter sampling meteor, this inlet should be at positive pressure; At this time, this inlet is used for exhaust purposes;
4. Counting measurement. Due to the unreliability of data from one cycle, data should be collected starting from the next cycle.
2、 Use of accompanying planktonic bacteria sampler:
1. Connect the air circuit. Connect the high-pressure gas to the inlet of the regulating valve, and connect the planktonic bacteria sampler to the inlet of the planktonic bacteria sampler;
2. Adjust the intake pressure. Pull up the pressure regulating valve knob and rotate it counterclockwise to reduce the intake pressure;
3. Adjust the pressure inside the chamber. Open the high-pressure gas and adjust the pressure regulating valve to maintain the reading of the flowmeter at around 110;
4. Turn on the switch of the planktonic bacteria collector and start sampling. At this time, feel with your hand whether the gas at the inlet of the dust particle counter is positive or negative pressure. If the flow rate of the front-end flowmeter is greater than the sampling flow rate of the counter, this inlet should be at positive pressure; At this time, this inlet is used for exhaust.
The Suzhou Jieyi high-pressure gas diffuser SLG-008 is suitable for dust particle counters or planktonic microorganism samplers with a flow rate of 28.3L/min, 50L/min, and 100L/min, and has wide applicability and reliability.
