Precautions and installation requirements for the use of fish pond oxygenation pump
Date: 2015-01-21Read: 0

Precautions for using fish pond oxygenation pump:
1. A filter should be installed at the inlet of the fish pond oxygenation pump to prevent debris from entering the fan and causing damage to the fan.
2. The total cross-sectional area of the outlet of the fish pond oxygenation pump should be greater than half of the cross-sectional area of the fan outlet to prevent air compression, fan temperature rise, and shorten fan life.
3. If the fish pond oxygenation pump is used for water supply, its water depth pressure should be below 70% of the maximum static pressure value indicated on the model catalog, otherwise it will be difficult to achieve the desired effect.
4. When the fish pond oxygenation pump is used for pressurized air supply, it is normal for the outlet temperature to be higher than 10 degrees Celsius due to air friction, so iron pipes of 1M or more should be used.
5. Silencers can be installed at the inlet and outlet of the fish pond oxygenation pump to prevent excessive noise. The total cross-sectional area of the suction hole should be greater than half of the inlet cross-sectional area of the fish pond oxygenation pump installation site.
Simple cleaning method for fish pond aerator pump filter:
Unscrew the self adapter of the filter and use an air spray gun or brush to remove dirt or dust from the filter screen. After cleaning, turn it back to use.
Requirements for installation site of fish pond oxygenation pump:
The surrounding temperature and humidity should meet the following conditions:
1. Single phase -5~40 ℃ Three phase -10~40 ℃
2. Choose a place with good ventilation, less dust and moisture.
3. If installed outdoors, please use a rain cover to cover it.
