Introduction: Dust free workwear is widely used in clean workshops in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biotechnology, optics, aerospace, aviation, color tubes, semiconductors, precision machinery, plastics, painting, hospitals, and environmental protection. Conventional optional fabrics: 5mm strip, 5mm grid, 2.5mm grid fabric conductive silk, in order, its anti urban dust and anti-static effect is becoming stronger and stronger; This is also selected based on the cleanroom level. Generally, cleanrooms below CLASS10000 (Class 10000) should use 5mm strip conductive silk, while CLASS1000 (Class 1000) should use 5mm mesh; CLASS100 (Class 100) cleanroom should use 2.5mm mesh fabric conductive silk.
  
The fabric itself does not produce dust: As it is worn in a clean room, it is required that the fabric cannot become a source of dust in the clean room, which determines that ultra clean fabrics can only be produced using chemically synthesized long fibers. However, natural short fibers such as cotton, hemp, and silk cannot be used for ultra clean fabrics, although these materials can improve the wearability of the fabric. At the same time, it is required to strictly control the amount of dust generated by the selected synthetic fibers. Generally speaking, fully matte polyester filament is not suitable for weaving anti-static and ultra clean fabrics. Because the matting agent titanium dioxide added in polyester production can become a source of pollution.

After the equipment conditions are determined, improving cleanliness requires maximizing the control of tiny dust generated by the human body inside the clothes, allowing it to pass through the fabric and enter the air. This is the so-called high dust filtration rate of fabrics. Improving the dust filtration rate comes at the cost of sacrificing the breathability of the fabric, so knitted fabrics and loosely woven woven fabrics are not suitable for cleanrooms.
