PP tail gas absorption tower is a waste gas treatment equipment made of polypropylene (PP) material, mainly used for purifying pollutants in industrial waste gas. Its core structure includes tower body, packing layer, spray device, liquid distributor, circulating water tank, etc. The exhaust gas enters from the bottom of the tower and fully contacts with the absorption liquid sprayed on the top of the tower in the packing layer. Pollutants are removed through chemical reactions or physical adsorption, and the purified gas is discharged from the top of the tower. The absorption liquid is recycled for use.

Precautions for using PP tail gas absorption tower

Equipment inspection: Before use, check whether the PP pipeline valves of each system of the equipment are intact, and whether the selection and ratio of absorbent chemicals are correct. When starting up, turn on the water pump for 35 minutes before turning on the fan. When turning off, turn off the fan for 23 minutes before turning off the water pump.

Correct wiring: The wiring of the fan and water pump for exhaust gas treatment and purification should not be tampered with casually. They should be turned correctly and not reversed, otherwise the motor will be damaged.

Regular maintenance: After the equipment is delivered, the user unit should assign a dedicated person to keep and inspect it regularly. If abnormal noise or water leakage is found in the equipment, it should be stopped and repaired before use.

Rainproof and moisture-proof: When the equipment is installed outdoors, the water pump fan motor should be covered with a rainproof cover to prevent the motor from getting damp. If using fiberglass or plastic fans, be sure to install protective covers to prevent screws from loosening, bearings from being damaged, or debris from being sucked in.

Anti freezing measures: During winter use, anti freezing measures should be taken for the bottom water tank components of the tower.

Absorption liquid replacement: Regularly check the purification level of the gas in the bottom water tank and exhaust port of the tower according to usage. If it exceeds the standard, the absorption liquid in the bottom water tank should be replaced.

Regular maintenance: It is best to conduct a maintenance and cleaning between one and a half to two years of use.
