Xiamen Jindawei Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997. As a global core supplier of coenzyme Q10 and a major manufacturer of vitamin A/D3, the company has core technologies such as microbial fermentation and microencapsulation, and its products cover the whole industrial chain of APIs and dietary supplements.

This time, Xiamen Jindawei introduced the Shengnuo Instrument eLAS-700Ex laser oxygen analysis system installed in the high concentration exhaust gas pipeline. At the back end of the fermentation process exhaust gas treatment, the pipeline contains carbon dioxide, water vapor, and a small amount of volatile organic compounds, with an oxygen content usually around 10%. Recently, our after-sales engineers came to the installation site of the equipment to assist in installation and debugging, ensuring its successful production.

The analysis system consists of three parts: sampling probe, heat tracing pipeline, and analysis cabinet. In this system, the sample gas is led out by a sampling probe, filtered through a sampling valve, and connected to the condenser of the analysis cabinet through a heat tracing pipeline. In the condenser, the sample gas is condensed to remove liquid impurities, and the condensed liquid impurities are temporarily stored in a water storage tank. They are periodically discharged through the explosion-proof solenoid valve from the drainage outlet on the side of the cabinet, and then collected and processed. After condensation treatment, the sample gas is finely filtered by a filter, and then enters the instrument analysis chamber for content analysis through a sampling/calibration switching valve and flow meter. The analyzed exhaust gas is mixed with N2 and discharged back to the process pipeline through the exhaust outlet.

Our engineers came to the site to assist in installation and debugging. The installation of the pipeline was completed, and the equipment's functions were checked using compressed gas. All displays were normal, and the range was adjusted to 15% according to the owner's requirements. The O2 monitoring data was stable.

Finally, the engineer provides relevant training to the on-site personnel on: 1. Use and operation of on-site equipment; 2. Daily maintenance of on-site equipment; 3. Common troubleshooting of on-site equipment.
