The principle and function of filters

The water to be treated by the filter enters the body through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel filter screen, resulting in a pressure difference. By monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet through a differential pressure switch, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtration process.
After installation, the equipment is debugged by technicians to set the filtration time and cleaning conversion time. The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and the filter starts to work normally. When the preset cleaning time is reached, the electronic controller sends signals to the hydraulic control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for sewage discharge. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, the system returns to its initial state, and the next filtration process begins.
The interior of the filter housing is mainly composed of coarse filter screen, fine filter screen, suction pipe, stainless steel brush or stainless steel suction nozzle, sealing ring, anti-corrosion coating, rotating shaft, etc.

(1) Oil suction filter: This filter is installed on the suction pipeline of the pump to filter out residual pollutants in the oil tank and pollutants that enter through the air hole, which has a protective effect on the pump. However, in order to avoid the phenomenon of cavitation in the pump, full attention must be paid to pressure loss. Generally, coarse metal mesh or recessed metal wire materials with a mesh size of 100 or 200 are used. Therefore, it is not a filter for controlling the pollution concentration of the system.
(2) High pressure pipeline filter (A): installed on the outlet pipeline of the pump, it has the function of protecting pollutants from entering the system. Therefore, the concentration of pollutants in the system can be controlled. However, as it is a high-pressure main pipeline, it is subject to pump pulsation and pressure impact, so the material and strength of the filter element need to be carefully considered.
(3) High pressure pipeline filter (B): In the system, this filter, also known as terminal filter, is installed to protect hydraulic components that are particularly sensitive to pollution. Therefore, it often has a smaller filtering granularity than other filters. Therefore, when using it, it is necessary to choose one with a larger capacity. In addition, the material and strength of the components should also be fully considered, just like (A).
(4) Reflux filter: installed on the return oil pipeline of the system, its function is to capture pollutants generated or invaded in the system before returning to the oil tank. Therefore, it is an effective and important filter for controlling system pollution concentration. Although it is a low-pressure pipeline, pulsation or pressure shock may occur depending on the operating condition of the transmission device, so the material and strength of the components should be fully considered.
(5) CyclefilterLocated on the return oil path of the fuel tank circulation, the system has a large capacity, so it is often used when strict cleanliness is required. Even if the system is not working, it can capture pollutants in the fuel tank, thus reducing the efficiency of pollution concentration is good. In addition, a cooler is installed, which has the advantages of simultaneous cooling and easy maintenance. But it requires pumps and motors, which is costly.
(6) Air filter: installed on the fuel tank to prevent pollutants from entering the tank due to changes in the fuel level. Therefore, the filtration accuracy should have the same or higher performance as the filter, and the capacity should have sufficient room to prevent the pressure inside the fuel tank from becoming negative due to hole blockage, which may cause pump cavitation. Pay special attention when the surrounding environment is harsh.
