BWY-804L6F15BThe series temperature indicator controller is designed for measuring and controlling the oil temperature of large transformers above 1000kVA, and is also suitable for temperature detection and control of other equipment.
The BWY804 series temperature indicator controller has good protective performance and can work normally under outdoor conditions. There are four sets of adjustable control switches inside the instrument, which can be used for starting the transformer cooling system, signaling alarms, and emergency tripping. At the same time, it can remotely transmit temperature signals to the control center and synchronously display transformer oil temperature.
2、 Structure and Working Principle
The BWY-804L6F15B temperature indicator controller is mainly composed of elastic elements (bellows), capillary tubes, and temperature packs. The sealing system composed of these three parts is filled with temperature sensing liquid, and when the measured temperature changes, the volume of temperature sensing liquid inside the temperature pack changes accordingly. This volume increment is transmitted through a capillary tube to the elastic element (bellows) inside the instrument, causing a corresponding displacement. After being amplified by the mechanism, this displacement can indicate the measured temperature and drive the micro switch to output a signal to drive the cooling system, achieving the purpose of controlling the temperature rise of the transformer.
BWY-804L6F15BThe type temperature indicator adopts composite sensing technology, which is designed according to the requirements of large transformer users to ensure the reliability and safety of the operation of large power transformers above 800kVA.
