High risk process scenarios: 14 types of high-risk reaction vessels such as nitrification and chlorination require real-time monitoring of oxygen content, with an accuracy of ≤± 3% F.S and a response time of ≤ 10 seconds. If exceeding the standard, interlock control must be triggered.
