When the liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, solid impurity particles are blocked inside the filter basket, while clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, unscrew the bottom plug of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, clean it, and reinstall it. Issues to be noted during the installation of pipeline filters
　　
The installation of pipeline filters should be carried out according to the flow direction and recommended installation methods, installation requirements, etc. shown in the product samples and installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
　　
The upstream and downstream of the pipeline filter can be equipped with differential pressure gauges or pressure gauges according to the needs of technical production to determine blockage, and the pipeline should be equipped with blowback cleaning according to technical requirements.
　　
Pipeline filter requirements for pipeline design: Pipelines equipped with filters can be divided into intermittent operation and continuous operation during operation.
　　
When running continuously, two sets of parallel filters should be set up for the * filter, and cut-off valves should be installed before and after the filters (except for line gap filters). During intermittent operation, set shut-off valves before and after the filter to facilitate cleaning.
