Equipment Introduction
The 2000A single-phase AC booster produced by Yangzhou Topu Electric Technology Co., Ltd. is designed and manufactured for power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct current load tests and temperature rise tests on various switches, current transformers, and other electrical equipment. After the device is powered on, the output voltage of the voltage regulator is adjusted to obtain the high current required for the test.

This series of high current generators adopts an integrated or split structure according to the current size, with the characteristics of stepless adjustment of output current, balanced current rise, wide load variation range, reliable operation, easy operation, and safety. This instrument is a commonly used instrument for conducting flow or temperature rise tests in industrial and mining enterprises.

Usage
1. Connect the working circuit according to the electrical schematic diagram. The equipment casing must be well grounded.
2. Connect the power supply and operate the input voltage deviation indicator on the control box. Press the start button, the indicator light will turn on, and the current converter is waiting for the current to rise.
3. Rotate the voltage regulator evenly clockwise, paying attention to the output current indication on the operation box until the required high current is reached. To ensure testing accuracy, a standard ammeter can be connected in series to the instrument terminal.
4. During the experiment, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the power should be immediately cut off, and the cause should be identified before conducting the experiment.
5. After the experiment is completed, the voltage regulator must be reset to zero, the power supply must be cut off by pressing the stop button, and the working power supply must be cut off before the test wiring can be removed to ensure safety.
