The suction port of the gas-liquid mixing pump can use negative pressure to suck in gas, so there is no need to use an air compressor and atmospheric injector. The high-speed rotating pump impeller mixes and stirs the liquid and gas, so there is no need for a stirrer or mixer. Due to the pressurized mixing inside the pump, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, and the dissolution efficiency can reach 80-100%. So there is no need for large pressurized gas tanks or expensive reaction towers to produce highly soluble solutions. The gas-liquid ratio is approximately 1:9 (with a suction capacity of 8-10%), and using it in series can increase the suction capacity. A gas-liquid mixing pump can perform gas-liquid suction, mixing, dissolution, and directly deliver highly dissolved liquid to the point of use. Pump flow rate 1-50 M3/H; Processing water volume 1-150 M3/H. Therefore, using a gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the efficiency of dissolved gas-liquid production, simplify the production equipment, save space, significantly reduce initial investment, and save operating and maintenance costs.
