The characteristics of UPVC airbag pulse damper, airbag pulsation damper, pulse damper, pulsation buffer, and airbag pulse damper are high sensitivity, better pulse elimination effect, and the ability to withstand high pressure (our company's stainless steel airbag pulse damper has a maximum pressure resistance of 31.5MPa). Its structure is to add an airbag in the air tank, fill the airbag with a certain pressure of gas, and in the pipeline, the liquid in the pipeline compresses the airbag, the airbag contracts, and then expands, thus playing a buffering effect. Compared with the diaphragm type, the airbag type pulse damper has higher sensitivity and better buffering effect. However, because its airbag material is generally rubber, its range of use is not as wide as the diaphragm type. The selection method is to multiply the volume of each pump stroke by 10 to obtain the minimum volume that can reduce 90% of the pulse.
