The distribution box is mainly used for dust environments in hazardous areas 1 or 2, 20, 21, and 22 in explosive gas environments. The explosive gas level is IIA, IIB, IIC, temperature groups T1~T6, and there are sheltered places indoors or outdoors. 2.2 Basic Parameters

The basic parameters of the distribution box are shown in the table below

3. The distribution box can work reliably in the following situations

3.1 The upper limit of ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -20 ℃, and the average value within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;

3.2 The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;

3.3 In places without significant shaking, vibration, and impact;

3.4 Installation location: average maximum relative humidity in the wettest monthNot exceeding 95%, and the monthly average temperature of the month shall not be lower than+25 ℃;

3.5 Pollution level is level 3;

3.6 Installation categories are II and III;

3.7 Protection level：IP65 。

4. Main structure

The outer shell of the explosion-proof distribution box is made of ZL102 cast aluminum alloy or high-quality stainless steel plate welded together to form an explosion-proof typeThe main chamber and wiring chamber are equipped with C65N and DZ47 series circuit breakersThe operation is carried out through the operating mechanism and the handle of the shell. Each circuit has "open" and "close" indicators, and indicator lights are displayed. There are wiring terminals in the wiring chamber that are connected to the main chamber, and there is a cable entry deviceEquipped with internal and external grounding screws.

5. Use and maintenance

5.1 Install and fix the distribution box, open the cover of the incoming and outgoing line cavities, connect the cables to the wiring terminals through the introduction device, connect the internal and external grounding wires, check for correctness, then close the cover and use fastenersTighten and tighten the compression nut to seal the cable, and it can be used after completion.

5.2 The distribution box must not be disassembled at will. Before maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover. During maintenance, the explosion-proof surface must not be damaged. After maintenance, the explosion-proof joint surface should be coated with 204-1 anti rust oilClose the cover and tighten it with bolts before use.

5.3 The distribution box should be inspected regularly. If any damaged parts are found, the factory can provide spare parts

5.4 The installation inclination of the distribution box shall not exceed 5 °.

5.5 The distribution box should be used indoors. If it is used outdoors, rainproof measures must be taken to prevent rainwater from flooding.

When placing an order, the user must specify the number of circuits in the distribution box and the corresponding current for each circuit, as well as the number of poles and the quantity, direction, size, etc. of the incoming and outgoing lines of the circuit breaker.
