Recently, Yangtze River Pump Industry sold a batch of IH chemical centrifugal pumps and CWB type magnetic vortex pumps to Changshu Yaopi Special Glass Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shanghai Yaopi Glass Group Co., Ltd.

Jiangsu Pilkington Yaopi Glass Co., Ltd. (referred to as "JSYP"), Jiangsu Huadong Yaopi Glass Co., Ltd. (referred to as "HSYP"), and Changshu Yaopi Special Glass Co., Ltd. (referred to as "CSYP"), three holding subsidiaries, constitute the Changshu production base. The total investment of the base is 260 million US dollars, with a registered capital of over 79 million US dollars. The IH stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump purchased by Changshu Yaopi Special Glass Co., Ltd. is a single-stage single suction cantilever centrifugal pump. Its markings, rated performance points, and dimensions are equivalent to the standard ISO2858-1975 (E), which has the characteristics of wide performance range, high efficiency, high level of 'three modernizations', and easy maintenance. Its efficiency is on average 5% higher than that of F-type pumps, and it is an energy-saving and updated product determined by the Ministry of Machinery Industry to replace F-type corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps. For conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. The IH type chemical centrifugal pump can transport medium temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 105 ℃. If necessary, a double end sealed cooling device can be used to transport medium temperatures ranging from 20 ℃ to+280 ℃. Suitable for industries such as chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, and synthetic fibers for transporting various corrosive or non polluting media similar to water. The CWB series magnetic vortex pump can be widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petroleum, electroplating, food, film photography and printing, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other units to pump acids, alkalis, oils, rare and precious liquids, venoms, volatile liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment and filtration machines. Especially for the pumping of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, and explosive, using a magnetic vortex pump is more ideal. The characteristics of a magnetic vortex pump are high head, low flow rate, and a specific speed generally less than 40; Simple structure, small size, and light weight; Equipped with a self-lubricating circuit to improve the service life of sliding bearings; Add a cooling circuit to promptly remove magnetic eddy current heat; Adopting cantilever blades to reduce radial forces on the impeller; As the viscosity of the conveying medium increases, the efficiency of the pump decreases sharply, so the viscosity of the medium should not exceed 5 × 10-6M3/S.
