Stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump is a volumetric pump that is powered by compressed air source, enters through the air inlet, and undergoes reciprocating deformation of the diaphragm in the diaphragm pump chamber to form a volume change. Its operating principle is similar to that of a reciprocating pump.

　
When using stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pumps, the following points should be noted:
1、 Ensure that the large particles contained in the medium do not exceed the safe size of the pump according to the particle diameter specification.
2、 The intake pressure should not exceed the high allowable operating pressure of the diaphragm pump. Compressed air exceeding the additional pressure will cause the diaphragm to rupture and damage the service life of the pump, which may seriously result in production stoppage and personal injury.
3、 Ensure that the outlet pressure of the diaphragm pump can withstand high output pressure in the outlet pipeline, and ensure the cleaning and normal working environment of the driving gas source pipeline.
4、 Before putting the diaphragm pump into production use, it is necessary to confirm that the grounding screw of the pump foot is firmly fixed to the ground. To prevent the generation of static sparks during use, a wire design should be adopted. The pump foot of the pump body should be grounded and fixed to avoid personal injury accidents and property losses.
5、 Before the diaphragm pump is put into production use, the connecting pipes and joints of the diaphragm pump must be tightened and inspected to prevent sparks caused by static electricity generated by oscillation, collision, and friction during operation, and to prevent serious accident threats. The air inlet connection is made of anti-static hose.
6、 The grounding fixation technology requirements for pump feet must comply with local laws and regulations, as well as special requirements of the on-site environment.
7、 Regularly check and test the reliability of the grounding bolt and ground fastening point, and the grounding resistance must be less than 100 ohms.
8、 It is necessary to maintain good exhaust and ventilation in the on-site environment, and keep away from flammable and explosive materials and heat sources.
9、 During the operation of a diaphragm pump, solid particles may be present in the compressed air source being sucked in. Therefore, do not direct the exhaust port towards the work area or humans to avoid unnecessary personal injury.
10、 When the diaphragm ruptures, the transported medium may leak from the exhaust muffler.
11、 When transporting flammable, explosive, or toxic and harmful media, please connect the outlet to a safe area away from the work area.
12、 Please use a pipe with less than 3/8 'inner diameter and smooth inner wall to connect the exhaust muffler.
13、 If the pressure and medium of the pump leak during operation, it may cause personal injury and property damage. Therefore, please do not make any action on the pump and material pipe while the pump is running. If you really want to make changes to the pump, please first turn off the input of the medium, then open the bypass pressure relief valve to release the pressure and discharge the medium from the outlet pipe. After cleaning the pipeline with the inlet source pressure, slowly loosen the connected pipeline joints.
14、 If the diaphragm pump is transporting harmful and toxic media, please do not send the pump directly to the manufacturer for maintenance. Proper arrangements must be made in accordance with local laws and regulations, and the diaphragm pump accessories provided by Shanghai Nengyu Pump Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. must be used to ensure the service life of the diaphragm pump.
15、 Before operating the stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump, it is necessary to confirm that the fluid components such as the pump body material and diaphragm material of the diaphragm pump will not corrode or react chemically with the medium used in the application, in order to avoid serious safety hazards.
16、 Ensure that all on-site operators understand the safe operation and maintenance of diaphragm pumps, and if necessary, provide necessary protective equipment.
