Shaanxi Qinling Cement Co., Ltd. was established in November 1996 by Yao County Cement Plant in Shaanxi Province as the main initiator, with its main production and operation assets invested. It was jointly initiated by the Shaanxi Qinling Cement Co., Ltd. The main initiator of Qinling Cement Company, Yaoxian Cement Plant in Shaanxi Province, was established in July 1956. It was one of the 156 key construction projects during the national "Fifth Five Year Plan" period. Three wet process cement production lines with a daily output of 700 tons using equipment from the former German Democratic Republic were put into operation in November 1959. The fourth wet process cement clinker production line was expanded from 1974 to 1977. From December 1987 to September 1991, the first domestically produced new dry process cement clinker production demonstration line with a daily output of 2000 tons in the western region was expanded. Qinling Cement issued 70 million shares of public shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system in September 1999, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December of the same year (stock code: 600217), becoming a listed building materials enterprise in Shaanxi Province. A new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2000 tons was built in September 2001. In May 2002, it was renamed Shaanxi Qinling Cement (Group) Co., Ltd. In August 2005, the first new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons was expanded in the western region. Through an agreement, Tangshan Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. acquired a portion of the equity held by Shaanxi Yaoxian Cement Plant and participated in the company's restructuring. Tangshan Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. holds 191632000 shares of the company, accounting for 29% of the total shares, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company. After more than half a century of development, Qinling Cement has accumulated profound technological advantages and has a high market reputation. At present, we have two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2000 tons (supporting pure low-temperature waste heat power generation), one new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons (supporting pure low-temperature waste heat power generation), and one new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4500 tons (supporting pure low-temperature waste heat power generation). Qinling Cement Company's cement products have maintained the "Double Hundred" qualification for many years, and are one of the * batches of cement products that have passed product quality certification, the first batch of products in Shaanxi Province, and the * batch of exempted products. They are key construction projects in Shaanxi Province and surrounding areas. Qinling Cement Company can provide users with cement products in more than ten grades, including general, and characteristic categories. In February 2012, Qinling Cement Company was granted permission to use the "Dunshi" brand cement trademark of its controlling shareholder Tangshan Jidong Cement Co., Ltd. to produce cement and cement clinker.
