Characteristics of CQ series corrosion-resistant magnetic pump

1. The leak free fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new type of acid resistant pump with low flow rate, low head, fully sealed, leak free, high efficiency and energy saving;
2. The pump body, impeller, isolation sleeve and other overcurrent components are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) and sintered and pressed as a whole;
3. Fluoroplastics (PTFE, FEP, PFA) are excellent corrosion-resistant materials in the world today (commonly known as the "plastic king"), which are not damaged by corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength);
4. The magnet is made of ferrite, which has good magnetism, high temperature resistance, and no demagnetization;
5. The moving ring and sliding bearings are made of high wear-resistant and temperature resistant materials such as graphite and PTFE, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump;
6. The sealing adopts a closed static seal, which solves the problem of medium leakage.
7. No need for independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.
8. Directly connected rear pull design, horizontal installation, compact structure, small footprint, low vibration, low noise, and particularly smooth operation;
9. The external magnet is directly connected to the motor and shaft, adopting a direct connection design, which has the advantages of simple structure, no need for centering, high transmission efficiency, low noise, and low vibration;

It mainly consists of several parts such as pump head, magnetic actuator (magnetic cylinder), electric motor, and base. The magnetic drive of the magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic material isolation sleeve, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact synchronous transmission of power, and transforming the easily leaking dynamic sealing structure into a zero leakage static sealing structure. Due to the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor being enclosed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" has been solved.
