1、 When removing activated carbon from the 10000 air flow catalytic combustion device, first open the explosion-proof valve and start the desorption fan to blow the catalyst for 15 minutes,
II Then the explosion-proof valve and desorption fan are closed, and the three sets of heating pipes begin to heat in stages, with one set opened every 2 minutes. When the temperature of the catalytic combustion device reaches 200 degrees Celsius, the desorption fan is turned on to blow hot air into the adsorption box. The hot air is first transported to the mixing box for air neutralization. However, when the temperature of the hot air in the mixing box reaches a specific temperature, it is transported to the adsorption chamber of the activated carbon through the lower conveying pipe, and the activated carbon is desorbed. The temperature in the activated carbon chamber slowly increases, and the organic waste gas in the activated carbon decomposes and returns to the catalytic device through the upper pipeline. Reacts with the catalyst to produce CO2 and H2O, while generating a large amount of heat.

4 Product features of exhaust gas catalytic combustion equipment:
1. Adopting a combination process of adsorption concentration and catalytic oxidation, the entire system achieves a closed cycle purification and desorption process. Compared with organic waste gas purification devices for recycling, there is no need to prepare additional energy such as compressed air and steam, and the operation process does not produce secondary pollution. 2. The front-end adopts a dry dust filtration device with high purification efficiency, ensuring the service life of the adsorption device.

5. The activated carbon adsorption bed for adsorbing organic waste gas can recycle the hot gas after catalytic combustion for desorption and reuse. The desorbed gas is then sent to the catalytic combustion chamber for purification treatment. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000PPM or above, it can maintain spontaneous combustion. No need for additional energy, low operating costs, and significant energy-saving effects.
