The 10T boiler dust collector adopts domestic composite material fiberglass resin, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, has a long service life, multifunctional integration, occupies a small area, is easy to install, does not increase any power, has low resistance, consumes less water, and has a spray system. The use of stainless steel 304 material has solved the problems of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, etc., and has successfully solved some practical problems that exist in wet desulfurization and dust removal equipment. Boiler dust collector is currently an ideal and environmentally friendly product for acid mist purification in coal-fired, oil fired boilers, coal water slurry boilers, kilns, metallurgy, chemical industries, thermal power plants, cement plants, etc. in China. Fuel is used for desulfurization and dust removal in boilers made of rice husk, sawdust, wood, coal, and other materials. And dust removal and desulfurization of various kilns. The 10 ton boiler dust collector desulfurization and dust removal equipment solves problems such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, floating water, black smoke, and desulfurization.
The resistance of a 10T boiler dust collector is divided into two parts. The design resistance of this device is 1200Pa.
Part of it is the inherent resistance of the equipment (i.e. the original resistance), which is caused by the various smoke flow paths of the equipment.
Whether the inlet and outlet air methods of the dust collector and the selection of flue gas flow velocity in each part of the inlet duct are appropriate; Uniformity of air intake in each compartment of the dust collector; Is the design of the diversion system reasonable; Is the horizontal height between the air inlet and the bottom of the filter bag sufficient to create a stable flow space for dusty gas; The rationality of the smoke lifting speed between filter bags determined by the diameter of the filter bags and the spacing between the dust removal filter bags; The reasonable selection of outlet pipeline wind speed will affect the inherent resistance value of the dust collector.
From the dust collectors designed and produced by our company in the past, the original resistance of the equipment was around 350Pa.
The second part is the operational resistance of the equipment. The operating resistance of the equipment is a cyclic value caused by the thickness of the ash layer formed on the surface of the filter bag during the operation of the dust collector. Generally, we set the upper limit of this value at 1000-1200Pa. When the device reaches this resistance value, the system starts cleaning and restores the device resistance to the original resistance, entering the next cycle. The duration of this cycle depends on factors such as the dust concentration in the flue gas and the type and specifications of the filter material.
