1、 Standard Overview:
The short-circuit current withstand test for the AC charging interface of electric vehicles shall meet the following standards:
GB/T 20234.1-2023 "Connection devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles - Part 1: General requirements";
GB/T 20234.4-2023 "Connection devices for conductive charging of electric vehicles - Part 4: High power DC charging interface"; GB/T 11918.1-2014 "Industrial plugs, sockets and appliance couplers - Part 1: General requirements";

1. Working power supply: two-phase AC380V 50HZ;
2. Rated capacity: 5KVA;
3. Rated output voltage: AC 0-320V;
4. Maximum DC charging voltage 450V;
5. Rated output current: AC 0-10.0KA impulse current power factor 0.95-1.
III Test description:
The socket and matching plug should be able to withstand an expected short-circuit current of at least 10kA or a higher value specified by the manufacturer.
Rated value and test conditions:
The short-circuit protection device should be a "gG" type fuse that meets the requirements of GB13539.1-2008 and GB13539.2-2008 for general use and has the same rated value as the socket and matching plug.
The deviations used during the experiment are as follows:
Current: 95%~105%;
Voltage: 100%~105%;
Frequency: 95%~105%.
