200 type brown corundum aeration head: disc or hemispherical, made of brown corundum material. The finished brown corundum aeration disc should be made of high-quality natural raw material sand (30 mesh~80 mesh irregular cylindrical particles mainly made of high alumina bauxite, processed by high-temperature smelting and ball milling, with Al2O3 content of ≥ 95%) and high-temperature clay (commonly known as kaolin) added with pore forming materials and mixed evenly, then mechanically extruded or pressed into shape, and then sintered at 1300 degrees Celsius. The use of recycled sand is strictly prohibited. The Al2O3 content obtained by sintering is ≥ 85% (referring to the finished alumina aeration disc Al2O3 after sintering)
