The 2BS-6 pneumatic vegetable tray precision seeder is a new generation fully automatic high-speed seeding production line manufactured by Guangzhou Lvxiang Mechanical and Electrical Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. This technology has been appraised as a scientific and technological achievement in Guangdong Province, and the main technical performance of the product has reached the leading level in China. Among them, the positive and negative pressure end face ventilation technology has reached the international advanced level.

The automatic sowing production line consists of a substrate mixing system, a soil loading system, a tray loading system, a hole pressing system, a sowing system, and a soil covering and watering system. This production line has six major advantages: ① easy operation, fully automatic control, and can be operated by 2-3 people; ② Accurate sowing with a pass rate of over 97%; ③ High efficiency, capable of broadcasting up to 600-900 discs per hour; ④ Not easily clogged, equipped with an automatic cleaning device; ⑤ With strong adaptability, plastic and foam cartridges such as 50, 60, 72, 105, 128 and 200 can be configured according to customer requirements; ⑥ Widely applicable, suitable for sowing seeds of various shapes with diameters between 0.3-3.0mm, such as vegetables, tobacco, flowers, etc.
