3-2RP cam rotor pump

The 3-2RP cam rotor pump is a rotary displacement pump with high efficiency and long service life. It is suitable for conveying suspended liquids containing solid particles and media with high corrosion and hygiene requirements at temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+80 ℃. The internal components of the pump body that come into contact with the medium are made of stainless steel material, and the pump speed can be changed according to the physical properties of the medium.

Usage: Used in industries such as food, beverage, brewing, medicine, daily chemical, petrochemical, etc.

Structural form:

It mainly consists of three parts: cam rotor, shaft seal, and gearbox. A pair of synchronously rotating transmission gears drive the convex rotor to rotate, achieving the transportation of the medium. Shaft seals can be designed as packing seals and mechanical seals according to different working conditions. Adopting high-strength cast iron gearbox, spiral gear and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long service life. The main part is a box type assembly, which can adjust the rotor clearance without disassembling the gearbox.

The material of the O-ring is silicone rubber, and when the medium is corrosive, polytetrafluoroethylene is used.

From the motor to the pump, the pump rotates clockwise.
