DC pulse power supplyfeature
1. Cycle to output ten sets of current waveforms with different parameters, and each set of current can be freely selected from DC, single pulse, double pulse, or DC commutation waveforms.
2. The duration of each current group can be arbitrarily selected between 1S and 9999S, making it easy to control the thickness of the coating obtained by each current group.
3. During the alternating operation of each group of pulse currents, the average current remains constant to ensure that the peak current of each group of pulses is different when using different duty cycles.
Application scope:
When pulse power is used for electroplating gold, silver, nickel, tin, and alloys, it can significantly improve the functionality of the coating; When used for protective decorative electroplating (such as decorative gold), it can make the coating uniform in color, good in brightness, and strong in corrosion resistance;
When pulse power is used for precious metal purification, the purity of precious metals is higher. Pulse power supply is superior to traditional electroplating power supply and is the development direction of electroplating power supply.
DC pulse power supply has finer electroplating and better smoothness than single pulse power supply. The anodic dissolution of the reverse pulse of the dual pulse power supply rapidly increases the concentration of metal ions on the cathode surface, which is beneficial for the subsequent use of high pulse current density in the cathode cycle, resulting in a dense, bright, and low porosity coating;
The anodic stripping of the reverse pulse of the dual pulse power supply greatly reduces the adhesion of organic impurities (including brighteners) in the coating, resulting in high purity and strong anti discoloration ability of the coating.
DC pulse power supply is suitable for electroplating of gold, silver, rare metals, nickel, zinc, tin, chromium, and alloys; Electroforming of copper, nickel, and other materials; Energy application of electrolytic capacitors; Anodizing of aluminum, titanium and other products; Electrolytic polishing of precision parts.
