working principle
The AC input first passes through the input filtering circuit (input filter), then is converted into DC through the rectification circuit, and enters the power inverter circuit through the input buffer circuit (suppression of voltage and current surge circuit). In this stage, input overvoltage, undervoltage protection and other circuits are added. When the AC input exceeds or falls below the rated input range or when the input is missing, the power inverter circuit is turned off. After passing through the power inverter circuit, the DC voltage is converted into a high-frequency AC voltage. The AC voltage is isolated and stepped down by a transformer to output a low-voltage AC voltage. After high-frequency rectification and filtering, a stable DC voltage is output to power the load. The main control circuit adjusts the working state of the inverter circuit switch by collecting input voltage and current signals, and outputs a stable DC voltage; Receive protection circuits, voltage regulation signals, and constant current setting signals to achieve protection and setting of the power supply; The collected output voltage, current value, and power supply working status signal are provided to the panel header and status indicator light for display.
