Instructions for use

1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation position and method of the lamps, and then prepare three core cables of corresponding length according to the distance from the lamps to the 220V power supply contact (if steel pipe wiring is used, introduce the three core cables into the steel pipe to the installation site of the lamps).

2. First, remove the fixing screws on the wiring chamber and pull out the wiring part of the junction box; Remove the sealing ring and connector (with fastening screws) from the packaging box, and sequentially insert the cable; Then connect one end of the three core cable to the marked "L", "N" and grounding points inside the box, press the cable tightly with a wire clamp, and fix it with a fastening screw. Then tighten the joint, tighten the sealing ring, and tighten the fastening screw from the side.

3. Screw the components of step 2 into the steel pipe, tighten the set screws from the side, then install the lamp body along the guide rail of the junction box, and tighten the screws on the panel.

4. Connect the other end of the three core cable to a 220V power supply according to the requirements of the explosion-proof distribution box.

5. When replacing the light bulb, first cut off the power, then use an Allen wrench to remove the fastening screw on the housing, use a large screwdriver or other tool to loosen the lamp cover 6 times, and then carefully remove the lamp cover by hand, unscrew the old light bulb and replace it with a new one.
