Common Problems and Countermeasures
High pressure difference/poor dust cleaning: Check the spray pipe/pulse valve/air source pressure and optimize the spray parameters; If necessary, replace the PTFE coated filter cartridge.
Filter cartridge clogging/short lifespan: Strengthen the pre-treatment of welding smoke cooling and dehumidification, reduce the filtration rate, and select oil and temperature resistant filter materials.
