The 3GL vertical screw pump is used to transport media with a temperature ≤ 150 ℃, viscosity 3-760cSt, no solid particles, no corrosiveness, and lubricating properties.

Usage of 3GL vertical screw pump:

Used for conveying media with temperature ≤ 150 ℃, viscosity 3-760cSt, no solid particles, non corrosive, and lubricating properties.

Applicable pressure range: 0.6-2.5Mpa;

Applicable flow range: 0.6-123m3/h.

Mainly used in fuel transportation, hydraulic engineering, ship engineering, petrochemical and other industries.

● Application scope:

1. The medium is conveyed continuously in a straight line, without stirring or pulsation.

2. Low vibration and noise.

3. High pressure and efficiency.

4. Simple structure and easy disassembly and assembly.

5. Small size and light weight.

6. Slight wear and tear, long lifespan.

● Structural form:

Mechanical seals are generally used. The pump is driven by an electric motor through a claw type coupling. Rotate clockwise from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump.
