Overview of TSWA Horizontal Multistage Centrifugal Pump Products
The TSWA multi-stage centrifugal pump is a new generation product developed by our company based on the TSW pump, which absorbs the advantages of various multi-stage centrifugal pumps at home and abroad, and meets the quality standards of JB/T53058-93.
Due to the use of excellent hydraulic models and low-speed motors, multi-stage centrifugal pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, smooth operation, low noise, and small vibration. At the same time, the service life of vulnerable parts is doubled, which greatly extends the service life of the pump.
Horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps are mainly suitable for urban high-rise building water supply and drainage, fire water supply and drainage, factory and mine water supply and drainage, long-distance water transmission, water use in production process circulation, HVAC circulation, domestic water and other purposes.
Working conditions of TSWA horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump
1. Suitable for transporting clean water and substances with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a solid insoluble volume not exceeding 0.1% per unit volume and a particle size ≤ 2mm;
2. Medium temperature: -15 ℃ -80 ℃;
3. Work pressure: System pressure ≤ 3.0MPa; Namely: system pressure=inlet pressure+pressure during pump operation ≤ 3.0MPa;
4. The temperature of the surrounding environment should be below 40 ℃, and the relative humidity should not exceed 95%;
5. Due to the fact that the main components of this type of pump are made of cast iron, the medium conveyed by this series of multi-stage pumps should not have strong corrosiveness. Note: If the medium contains small particles or has strong corrosiveness, please specify it when ordering to provide more reliable products.
