1、 Equipment Overview:
This device is tested by Sunshine Yueda in accordance with GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging Systems of Electric Vehicles" 9.4.2.1 AC Charging Interface Temperature Protection Function Test and 9.4.2.2 DC Vehicle Interface Temperature Protection Function Test.
Meet the terminal temperature testing requirements of GB/T43332-2023 "Safety Requirements for Conductive Charging and Discharging of Electric Vehicles" standard
II Equipment function:
The temperature protection function of the DC vehicle interface should be tested as follows:
——Experiment 1 Calibration Test: Turn on the heat exchange device (if any), and the DC power supply equipment outputs the rated continuous current. After the temperature rise of the T1 and T1 temperature sensors stabilizes, turn on the heating device and adjust the heating power to stabilize the temperature of the T1 temperature sensor at 105 ℃, and obtain the calibrated thermal fault power Pmin.
Temperature monitoring and protection function test of communication charging interface
The temperature monitoring function of the communication charging interface should be tested as follows:
——Experiment 1 Equipment over temperature protection test: For AC power supply equipment using connection method A or connection method B with a maximum charging current greater than 16A, or three-phase AC charging with a maximum charging current greater than 32A, during the energy transmission phase, the AC power supply equipment operates at the rated current state. By applying a heat source, modifying temperature sensor parameters, etc., the interface temperature is simulated to exceed the over temperature protection action value. The AC power supply equipment should be checked and the PWM duty cycle should be reduced or the AC power supply circuit should be cut off, and an alarm message should be issued;
