Overview
This is a self operated pressure reducing valve mainly used in district heating systems. The controller is normally open and closes when the pressure increases. The controller consists of a control valve body, a driver with a control diaphragm, and a spring that sets the pressure difference. The valve body is divided into three types: - VFG 2 (water) with metal sealed valve core - VFG 21 (water), with soft sealed valve core - VFGS 2 (steam), with metal sealed valve core.
