1 AMC Data Center Monitoring Device for Base Station DC Energy Metering ModuleOverview
AMC series data center base station DC energy metering and monitoring moduleThe AMC16-DETT base station DC energy metering module is mainly designed for base stations with shared requirements and switch power supplies without user specific energy metering functions. The instrument can measure the direct current energy of six circuits and provide working current for the supporting Hall sensor. At the same time, it can achieve float calibration through upper computer software. It has functions such as telemetry, remote signaling, remote adjustment, real-time power measurement, abnormal power supply quality alarm, information storage and processing, and information exchange. This module can measure the DC electricity consumption of three operators separately, providing detailed data basis for energy-saving improvement of base stations and providing sub item measurement solutions for DC distribution equipment.AMC series data center base station DC energy metering and monitoring moduleThe RS485 communication interface with industrial standards adopts the communication protocol specified in YD/T1363.3-2014, which complies with the relevant technical requirements of Q/ZTT 2205-2017 "Technical Requirements for Base Station DC Energy Measurement Module" of China Tower Co., Ltd.

5 Installation wiring
5.1 Terminals and Wiring

Note: The Hall current sensor complies with the industry standard JB/T 7490-2007 for Hall current sensors, and is used for bidirectional measurement of DC current with an accuracy of level 1. The sensor structure adopts an open design, and the wiring uses green pluggable terminals, making on-site installation and wiring more convenient and reliable.
5.2 Wiring precautions
1) The input voltage shall not exceed 120% of the rated input voltage of the product;
2) The auxiliary power terminal and voltage input terminal can be connected in parallel and share a group fuse; 1A fuse;
3) To ensure accuracy requirements, the wiring length between the sensor and the measurement module should not exceed 3m
4) It is recommended to use shielded wires for communication connections, with a cross-sectional area of no less than 0.5mm2 per core. The shielding layer should be grounded, and the communication wires should be routed away from strong electrical cables or other strong electric field environments;
5) It must be noted that the locking screw of the Hall sensor opening must be tightened to ensure the tightness of the sensor closed-loop circuit.
