Electromagnetic pulse valve is the compressed air "switch" of the pulse bag filter dust cleaning and spraying system. Under the control of the output signal from the pulse jet control instrument, the filter bags are blown clean one by one to maintain the resistance of the dust collector within the set range, in order to improve the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.
Connect clean air with a nominal pressure to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, input an electrical signal with a width of 0.03s and a nominal voltage of 85% to the electromagnetic valve, and check if the electromagnetic pulse valve opens normally.
(2) Close the air pressure test

(3) Voltage resistance performance test
Connect clean air with a pressure of 0.8MPa to the inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve for 60 minutes, and check the leakage of air from various sealing parts on the electromagnetic pulse valve.
