It is possible to process 1 to 12 adsorption tubes simultaneously. The adsorption tubes can be heated through a heating box, and the insertion and removal of the adsorption tubes are simple and fast. The adsorption tube bracket automatically enters the heating box and purifies. It can be set with a 10 step programmed temperature rise visualization flow control to control the blowing gas flow rate to reach the preset temperature and time, and automatically stops.
